It’s because it is a weight loss supplement, so it comes in the form of capsules, powder or juice – making it very easy to integrate into your existing diet.  So there’s not much change to the eating habits you have that you have to make.

It’s also easy because of the way the fiber reduces appetite.  You’re going to be feeling a lot less hungry, making the transition to healthier eating habits more easier.
