I used to get colds a lot more than the rest of the family and my friends. Well, i still get them just as much as the others but what I have found is that I am getting over them quicker than ever and sometimes dodge them completly when the rest of the family is sick. Part of this has been by getting more sleep but Fruit Juice extreem has been my main source of Vitamin C and other vitamins. I am convinced that it has helped me fight getting bad colds and now, more than ever, I sometimes get just the symptoms and not a drawn out cold. I am a steady user of fruit juice extreem. The name is kind of odd but I think the product is excellent and is a lot cheaper than buying fresh fruit and juice all the time.

I have my whole family using this and we seem to fight colds better, shorter duration, avoid some of them, etc.

I tried the Acai juice extreem and helped my appetite great amount so I did not have to over eat to try to maintain my energy. I looked at other products from this company and found these. After few weeks I must say I have not noticed any energy swings. It's great a great product and worth the money. I take a multivitamin and omega 3 with these everyday and I feel great. Like always never take any pills on an empty stomach, you are just asking for trouble if you do. Also noticed that my digestion has improved, not sure if it was the acai that started it or it was these. Make sure you colon cleanse every few months you will not regret it.
